About the Role

We’re on the hunt for a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Timișoara team. Your mission? Find and recruit high-performing Customer Sales Agents — people who already have a book of business and the drive to succeed in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Let’s talk hours. This isn’t your typical 9-to-5. You’ll need to bring your A-game to the Timișoara office (Vox Technology Park) Monday through Friday, from 16:00 to 00:00. Yes, it’s a late shift — but hey, that’s when the U.S. wakes up and the logistics world gets moving.

Your Day-to-DaY

Identify and proactively source top-tier sales professionals (primarily in the U.S. market) who already have client relationships in logistics.
Collaborate closely with leadership to understand ideal candidate profiles, sales expectations, and role-specific KPIs.
Craft compelling job posts and use platforms like LinkedIn, recruiting databases, and niche communities to find hidden talent.
Screen applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for both skills and sales performance.
Build and maintain a dynamic candidate pipeline to meet the company’s ambitious growth targets.
Ensure a professional, positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
Maintain clean documentation in recruitment tracking systems and keep hiring managers updated on progress.
Continuously improve sourcing strategies based on market feedback, hiring performance, and team input.

What Makes You Stand Out

You have prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR, especially in sales or logistics
You’re fluent in English and know how to communicate with confidence, clarity, and a human touch
You love the thrill of the hunt: researching, networking, and connecting with top performers
You understand what makes a high-performing sales agent tick and how to spot it in an interview
You’re organized, data-driven, and goal-oriented — you don’t just fill roles, you build teams
You’re proactive and self-motivated, able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-first environment
You know your way around LinkedIn, recruiting CRMs, and sourcing tools — or you’re excited to learn fast
You’re ready to show up at our Timișoara office (Vox Technology Park) Monday to Friday, from 16:00 to 00:00 — because that’s when the real action happens. (No room for negotiation here — seriously, don’t even try. That said, if you crush your KPIs, we can talk flexibility after 6 months.)
