CUSTOMER SALES REPRESENTATIVE
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Customer/Carrier Sales Hero to join our logistics brokerage team in Timișoara.
Let’s talk hours. This isn’t your typical 9-to-5. You’ll need to bring your A-game to the Timișoara office (Vox Technology Park), from 16:00 to 00:00.
Yes, it’s a late shift — but hey, that’s when the U.S. wakes up and the logistics world gets moving.
You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers across the North American market (US & Canada), managing freight opportunities, and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
This position plays a key role in driving growth and delivering high-quality service in a fast-moving logistics environment.
Your Day-to-DaY
- Proactively generate new business through structured outreach strategies, including coldcalling, lead sourcing, and client referrals, with a focus on measurable activity and outcomes.
- Build long-term client relationships by consistently delivering value, listening actively, and providing responsive, personalized freight solutions.
- Understand and anticipate client needs, using a consultative approach to match freight requirements with effective logistics strategies.
- Negotiate profitable and competitive rates while maintaining the integrity of margin targets and long-term client satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (carrier sales and operations) to ensure seamless service execution from quote to delivery.
- Ensure data integrity by accurately entering and maintaining all client, load, and communication details in CRM and TMS platforms.
- Document all tasks and activities to create transparency, support accountability, and streamline knowledge sharing across the team.
- Drive personal sales performance by achieving KPIs and consistently developing a strong, well-qualified sales pipeline.
- Commit to continuous improvement through active participation in training, feedback loops, and skills development to stay ahead in a competitive market.

- You’re comfortable working with CRMs, metrics, and logistics tools — TMS experience is a bonus.
- You may have experience in logistics, sales, or brokerage, but it’s your mindset and drive that matter most.
- You’re ready to show up at our Timișoara office (Vox Technology Park). No room for negotiation here — seriously, don’t even try. That said, if you crush your KPIs, we can talk some flexibility after 6 months.
